New Horizons Psychological Services

That nausea isn’t from a bad taco.

Your heart is racing, but the Doc says you’re fine.

Anxiety affects your gut.

It keeps you up at night. It robs you of good sex.

You can’t stop it from raining on your parade.

Fears. Phobias.

Didn’t make it to that last girls’ trip to Cabo?

Promotion on hold because you can’t see those LA clients?

You’re happy with your desk job. You’re just not good at speaking in groups.

We’ve all made excuses.

Sometimes we just think too much.

Your brain could be wasting resources.

Who said nature didn’t need a little nurture?

We zig when we should zag. We’re nervous when everything should be fine.

The problem is we can’t see what’s happening in there.

Stop avoiding and start living the good life…

…where you’re the driver and your fears have to ride in the trunk.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, phobias, or performance enhancement, I can help.

You can learn to regulate that rebellious mind.

With assessment and treatment through second-wave cognitive behavioral therapies using biofeedback, neurofeedback, and neuropsychological testing, overcome the anxiety and phobias that are holding you back.

What do you have to lose?

Start stepping to the beat you’re really feeling.

Planes, trains, automobiles, heights, even public speaking are no match
for your virtual reality ju-jitsu.

The future is here today. Contact me to schedule your appointment (917) 740-9547.

I hope I can share my experience with you
to help you conquer life’s challenges.

Hi, I’m Scott.

I’ve always had a knack for everything tech, and since becoming a psychologist I’ve looked to find ways to connect my passion for cutting-edge devices with my expertise on health and wellness.

Personally, I’ve always enjoyed running and weightlifting but they take a toll on the body. Likewise, the stress of the city can also drain your brain. I turned to yoga to help keep my mind and body in balance.

As a psychologist the combination of mindful focus and physicality made perfect sense. Brain and body training through biofeedback provided the scientific answer to help my patients achieve their full potential. By giving people information about what was going on the inside they could learn to respond in a healthier more sustainable way.
